AI Product Designer. I take products 0→1 with AI, shipped 3 to 5,000+ users, and build the tools when the workflow doesn't exist yet.
Two open-source tools for designers and FE engineers running AI-assisted workflows. Both in early access now — the missing infrastructure between AI output and shipped product.
Bridges the gap between AI-generated concepts and production-ready hi-fi. Stop wrangling raw AI output — sanstudio gives it structure, design-system awareness, and the craft layer AI skips.
Annotate AI output and FE work in one place, then send it straight back to AI for revision. Turns the messy back-and-forth of AI-assisted delivery into a structured, repeatable feedback loop.
A file-management workflow redesign for training enterprise AI agents — moving trainers from a spreadsheet-like triage into a dedicated studio where labeling, versioning, and agent evaluation share one spatial model.
Trainers bounced between three tools to label, version, and test agent behavior. Each handoff dropped context; the team shipped slowly and blamed the model. The decision cost — not the compute cost — was the bottleneck.
Collapsed three tools into one studio with a single state model — every file, label, and agent run hangs off the same timeline. Cut the training flow from 6 steps to 4 by merging redundant uploads and replacing tutorial-driven onboarding with guided prompts. Shipped the first useful slice in three weeks; iterated with real trainers.
Most designers
hand off.
I ship, and build
the tools.
"I ship products, win the recognition, and build the AI tools behind them."
Over 10+ years across startups and Fortune-500 teams, I've shipped enterprise AI workspaces and consumer apps used by 5,000+ people, and helped secure multi-million-dollar contracts. My work has earned 16 international design honors, including Good Design (Japan), IDA, MUSE, and NY Digital, and I now serve as a juror across 4 international design award panels, including A' Design Award and ODA, where I returned in 2026 after the 2025 cycle.
I work end-to-end: structural diagnosis before pixels, PM and AI execution built into the same head, no handoff friction. When the AI workflow I need doesn't exist, I build it: sanstudio and freeyourhand are the two I ship publicly.
